When placing an order with ShopOREO.com, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email to confirm we have received your order and actively processing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your shipment tracking information, including tracking number. If you have a registered account on ShopOREO.com, you can further check the status of your order by logging into my account.

ShopOREO.com accepts the following forms of payment through our secure system: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time, ShopOREO.com does not accept personal checks or purchase orders as forms of payment. In the event that your payment is declined, your order will not be processed although a charge may appear on your banking statement within the pending charges section. If a pending charge appears, rest assured, ShopOREO.com has not collected any monies, and this will fall off your statement after a few days per your banking institution’s policies.
Sales Tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to all states where sales taxes is applicable.
CHANGES TO ORDERS & CANCELLED ORDERS
ShopOREO.com makes every attempt to accommodate our customers during the order placing process. If you need to make a change to your order reach out to Customer Care and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order is cancelled and you wish to continue with your purchase, you will need to resubmit your order online with the correct information. We cannot edit orders once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience and request you contact Customer Care 1-800-683-5254 with questions.
ShopOREO.com does not accept backorders. Orders will only process if product is available and in-stock to ship your order to completion.
Food items and personalized items purchased on ShopOREO.com are not eligible for returns and nonrefundable, unless product arrives damaged or contains a misspelling due to our error. If an item arrives damaged or contains an error, please call Customer Care at 1-800-683-5254. If your item is delivered to your address and comes back as undeliverable, you will be charged for your items and you will need to provide a deliverable address. Please note: ShopOREO.com is not responsible for misspellings or other personalization errors once you have approved the personalized item on your order. We will not refund consumer spelling errors.
With refunds, the credit card used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the purchased item(s), less shipping. In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle. We reserve the right to offer refunds in the form of ShopOREO.com store credit.
For refunded or damaged item you received as a gift, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit for the ShopOREO.com online store.
Orders older than 30 days from original purchase date are not eligible for refund.
